Many roofing manufacturers will offer warranties on their products, with the caveat - if correctly installed !  Many roofing contractors will pass on this warranty to their customers, but offer no warranty on their own workmanship and are seldom seen if things go wrong down the line. Defects in incorrect roofing application can show up as late as 3-5 years after installation. Recourse at this point is difficult and contractors can easily shut their business down then start up again under a new name. We can offer you a 15-20 year warranty on our workmanship in conjunction with the roofing manufacturers warranty.  Now, that's peace of mind !
