Since 2009, I have been employed by a prominent Greenwich family to manage a small group of homes. 

My duties include property inspection and assessment, financial planning, contracts & rental negotiation, maintenance scheduling, payment of all sub-contractors and security. 

I request and coordinate the permits required for property alterations through the Greenwich Town's departments and due to my extensive 30-year experience within the Home Improvement industry, I also manage all construction projects. I personally conduct a daily walk through and weekly mechanical inspections.

of the items stated above and can be tailored to your anticipated needs. Whether it's a weekly / monthly or

a quarterly walk-through, I can inspect and determine any potential issues. And, for the snowbirds amongst us, I also offer vacation options with the above and can perform inspections whilst you're away.
