From an early age, Richard Howe, had an aptitude for sketching pictures of houses whilst dreaming of sky-high buildings.

He schooled in England, with hopes of a future career in architecture and interior design. The same dreams continued until a degree in building construction management was attained whilst attending college in Germany. Allowing a common one-year ‘time out’ at college, he awoke with a desire to create with his own hands.

Unperturbed by change, he soon excelled as a master carpenter and cabinet maker.

Whilst traveling and working throughout Europe, Art history and 18th-century French philosophy became late night reading, thus influencing another move along the construction path towards interior design. During his last stay in the UK, Ricx Interior Design became a transitional venture, replicating historical time periods through design and build.

Today, quintessential English craftsman, Richard Howe, now operates as Richard Howe Custom Remodeling & Restoration LLC.  His company is based in Greenwich CT with licenses to work in both CT and NY. 

After a careful selection process, he now manages a team of Artisans who share the same work ethics: to create an exceedingly good product !
