It is an artisan's dream to be a given a commission to complete a whole house renovation, coupled with the opportunity to work with loose reigns. It was also an honor to be employed by an artist in her own right. Working on a blank canvas, the house was decorated with archways, moldings and drapery applications, to compliment and showcase her sculpture art pieces. Although I build and renovate properties, interior design has always played a big part in my projects as I like to create rather than just install. I bring interior designers into my projects when necessary and quite often suggest my own ideas. Art history is my second passion and for a period of time back in the UK, I created many interiors replicating historical periods. Having worked throughout Europe and traveled extensively, I have observed and photographed most historical art periods in situ.
